Order Processing & Fulfillment

At Utah Islanders Football, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made to order. Most items are created after your order is placed, with an estimated production time of 1-3 business days before shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays and Sundays, excluding holidays, but usually that is when we are working too. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah (ZIP Code 84115) using your selected shipping method (sometimes we choose to pay the couple bucks more so it can get to you faster, feels cooler).

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method at checkout. Estimated USA delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

Delivery times are estimates FROM THE COURIER and do not include processing time. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. Don't worry, we are familiar with shipping and will work with you and the courier to make it right. In the meantime, we will get a replacement out for you. Just reach out.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and chosen shipping method. We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates. We always recommend signing up for tracking alerts and notifying us if there are delivery error notifications. support@utahislandersfootball.com.

International Shipping

We will ship anywhere that DHL, UPS, USPS registers as a deliverable address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Utah Islanders Football is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues. But we will absolutely work with you and them to get it resolved and usually ship a replacement once the claim has been made (we don't wait until it's processed).
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
If your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. And then reach out to us with that information so we can make a joint claim and ship your replacements.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. If an order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund for lost shipments. However, once it's marked as return to sender we can ship you your replacements. Please just understand that we have to work with the time frame and processes of this situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@utahislandersfootball.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Compliance Information

We comply with all FTC shipping regulations regarding fulfillment and delivery timelines.
If a delay occurs beyond the stated timeframe, customers will be notified with an option to cancel for a full refund.
All shipments follow carrier-specific guidelines for handling and delivery.
